2. Services Provided:

  • Mango & Mint offers one-time meal orders and weekly subscription-based meal plans.

  • Weekly subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by the customer.

  • Orders are pre-order only, and customers will receive their meals the next day after placing an order.

  • Orders are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at Mango & Mint’s discretion.

3. Account & Registration:

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Mango & Mint is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure login details.

4. Orders, Payments & Billing:

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • Subscription payments will be billed automatically on a recurring basis until canceled.

  • Prices are subject to change, but customers will be notified in advance of any pricing adjustments.

  • Discounts and promotions are valid only within the specified timeframe and may be subject to additional conditions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Customers can cancel their weekly subscription 48 hours in advance before the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds are only issued under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

  • One-time meal orders are non-refundable once prepared and shipped.

6. Shipping & Delivery:

  • Deliveries are available only within our designated service areas.

  • Customers must provide an accurate address and be available to receive their order.

  • Orders are pre-order only, and customers will receive their meals the next day after placing an order.

  • Mango & Mint is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information or missed deliveries.

7. Food Safety & Allergies:

  • We take food safety seriously, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
